Association of American Medical Colleges

Problem:

The Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) needed a database application to help medical schools manage and report on curriculums that were previously collected annually in a paper format and distributed in the AAMC Curriculum Directory

Solution:

Infotek provided database architectects to design CurrMIT, a password-protected, online database that offers detailed data to faculty and adminstrators of U.S. and Canadian medical schools. CurrMIT data can be extracted to more efficiently prepare for curriculum review or reform efforts and/or to document materials in preparation for LCME visits. The system provides AAMC, a means to expedite production of aggregated national data and trends.
