Pamela Gilliam - President/CEO
Pamela Gilliam founded Infotek Consulting Services in August of 1989 two years later, Infotek Consulting Services became Infotek International, Inc. reflecting Ms. Gilliam’s vision of a world class organization. Gilliam has over 20 years experience in Information Technology and Management Services graduated from Darden Minority Executive Management Program, Towson State University and the University of Maryland respectively, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications and Computer Science. Throughout her career, Gilliam has held various technical and management roles while working closely with mid-size to Fortune 500 companies. As the information technology age continues to grow, Gilliam has remained current with the latest technology tools in the areas of database, web development and enterprise architecture. Gilliam’s education prepared her for the merge of computer technology with mass communications in what we now call e-Business. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Infotek International, Inc. Gilliam’s duties include business/career development, strategic planning, budget planning, acquisition of resources, and overall daily operations. Gilliam is a unique leader and educator, dedicated to assisting in the development of her staff professionally, personally and technically. Goal-driven and committed, Gilliam leads a diverse team of professionals in an effort to assist clients to increase productivity in their operations using information as an asset, in addition to incorporating technologies to differentiate themselves from the competition. Gilliam understands the importance of developing strategic partnerships with companies that enhance and compliment Infotek’s strengths. Linda Ortiz - Vice-President Operations
Linda Ortiz is the Vice-President of Infotek International, Inc. Ms. Ortiz has over 20 years of experience in foreign and domestic contract management, business development, and cost control of all types of commercial, DOD, and civilian agency contracts, sub- contracts, teaming agreements, and software licensing. The greatest portion of Ortiz’s professional career has been spent assisting the 8(a) and small business sector. Ortiz educates and prepares these companies for what they can expect in the competitive market. As an active participant in many areas, Ortiz has explored every aspect of business including: human resources, contracts, sales/marketing, accounting, and operations. Consistently exceeding client expectations, Ortiz has an established track record in financial administration, her duties have included: preparation of cost and business proposals, developing operational budgets, securing investment income and long/short term financing, and supervision of contract negotiation. Ortiz shares extensive background and experience with the entire Infotek International, Inc. staff. As Vice-President of Infotek International, Inc. Ortiz’s duties include: business development, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, budget preparation, cost analysis, and supervision of administrative staff. Focused and determined, Ortiz develops creative strategies to increase client productivity through effective business solutions. Ortiz works toward preparing Infotek International’s team of professionals for the future, where Infotek International will service companies outside the continental United States. |

Chuck Messmer - Applications Development Manager
Chuck Messmer joined the Infotek International, Inc. staff as the Applications Development Manager in order to enhance this company's ability to remain competitive in the Modeling and Simulation market. He has over 10 years experience in software design and development, specifically focused on Modeling and Simulation as it relates to markets, such as education, telecommunications, and task level or procedural performance. His education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Wyoming and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Mr. Messmer has held various technical and managerial roles within domestic and international small businesses, and he has been involved, almost exclusively, with cutting edge projects where his analytical ability and problem solving skills has earned him the respect of coworkers and clients. As the Application Development Manager, Mr. Messmer oversees all of the technical projects within Infotek International, Inc., including the strategic planning, project management, and customer interaction.
Mr. Messmer’s distinguishing talent as a manager, educator, and developer has encouraged his staff and coworkers to excel and spurred them on to success. He likes a good challenge and positions himself, and Infotek, accordingly by selecting the most complex, and yet, rewarding projects. Success and accomplishment, with integrity, are his overriding goals and vision. The future of Infotek International, Inc. and its customers is ensured by the diligence and hard work demonstrated by Mr. Messmer and his team. |
