Management Services

Our Management Services division includes a core team of contract administrators, human resource specialists, technical recruiters, and proposal managers. We maintain a consulting team that is available to accommodate the varying needs of new and emerging small businesses interested in extending their business capabilities.

Small Business and 8(a) Certifications Preparation We prepare certificate packages for 8(a), state, and local organizations, and we prepare small and small disadvantaged certifications for commercial customers with diversity programs.  

Contracts Management We do day-to day administration of all forms of contracts, manage multiple task order delivery, preparation of contract budgets and cost proposals, and develop policies and procedures.

Proposal Preparation We do proposal management and coordination, technical writing, conformance matrices to request for proposals requirements (RFPs), and establishment of proposal procedures.

Indirect Rate Establishment We set-up various cost pools, defining allowable/non-allowable cost for government work, and establishment of firewalls between government and commercial work.

Competitive Analysis Competitive research We do competitive analysis and research, competitor bid strategy analysis, and perform client satisfaction matrices of competing businesses.

Pricing and Negotiations We prepare proposal cost volumes, negotiate contract and award and change orders, vendor price negotiations.

Human Resources/Technical Recruiting Infotek does required file reporting (VETS100, EEO, Affirmative Action), benefit structuring, employee handbook preparation, pre-screen employment candidates, and development of hiring strategies.
