SeaPort Enhanced Quality Assurance Program

With nearly 50 percent of Infotek International, Inc.'s revenue obtained from performance-based contracts, Infotek ensures the Seaport-e participants a vendor experienced at the best practices needed to achieve and exceed all quality and performance standards. Our Quality Management System measures and reports performance, performs trend analysis, and continuously assesses and evolves measures and practices for performance improvement. Through formal corporate policy, each team member is responsible and accountable for maintaining quality standards in daily work and achieving required performance thresholds.

The Infotek's PM implements and manages the Quality Assurance program for this contract in accordance with prevailing standards. This process includes developing the program-level QA Plan, which flows down responsibility from the TO and contract requirements. The Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) flows down to our PM, Zone, and Regional Site Managers, as well as subcontractors. For all projects and sites, the Infotek's PM—after review and acceptance of the Seaport-e task—will plan performance measures and surveillance methods to achieve specific project quality and performance goals.

Seaport-e missions will achieve continuous improvement through Infotek's consistent application of performance-based quality management designed to meet or exceed QASP compliance. Each TO will be monitored to ensure compliance with documented SOPs and SLAs. Performance levels (response times, repair times, and other measured levels) are institutionalized at the program and TO level (as SLAs or AQLs) to document, measure, and monitor the performance thresholds required of SOP-based service responses. SOPs are tailored to the specific TO attributes to ensure they fully support the task needs. Our client-endorsed SLAs and AQLs are fundamental to our quality assurance and performance-based contracting approach.
